Lé Mon Restaurant goes all out to tickle your palate with an awesome spread.

Enjoy the breakfast buffet for Php578.00. Weekday Lunch Buffet is Php619.00 and Php788 during weekends.
Dinner buffet is Php868 from Fri to Saturday and the Mirienda Buffet at Php395.
The first thing I notice is that the receptionist greets me with the "Mabuhay" gesture.
This makes me so happy because after joining the Department Of Tourism Workshop, I have come to realize how important it is that we welcome tourists and one another in such away that is iconic to who we are as a country.
I enter Lé Mon Restaurant and instantly my eyes are drawn to the delectable spread of delicious food to eat.
I can't even decide where to begin. There's so many food to choose from.
I work my way around the room to check which ones I want to begin with and I find myself lining up at the Yang Chow Fried Rice area.

I take small portions of the ones I really like, Fish fillet, pork, grilled chicken and Filipino sausages.
Then I head off to the Japanese corner to satisfy my Japanese food cravings. I pick an assortment of maki rolls and a handful of tonkatsu. Perfectly fried pork cutlet, crispy on the outside and juicy inside.

I make my way towards the salad area and it amazes me that the lettuce and greens were all grown via Hydrophonics at the hotel rooftop. I love the farm to table concept and I support the advocacy as well.

I end up with three plates and embarrassed as I am, I find myself being assisted by Golden Prince Hotel Marketing Associate, Monarch Semblante, who reassures me that I am a guest and it is their responsibility to make sure that all visitors are happy and satisfied.

Overall, the food at Lé Mon is superb. The pork salpicao is the best! Pork tenderloin, so soft and tender, you can't get over it. We also got the chance to meet Chef Milo, the brains behind Lé Mon's buffet menu.

Don't forget to try the desserts, my top pics are the pudding with blueberry sauce, banana cake, chocolate brownies and tropical fruits. They also have strawberry creme, buko pandan and mini cupcakes but I was very sure I didn't have enough room to eat them all, hahahaha.

Don't take my word for it, visit Golden Prince Hotel and experience the buffet at Lé Mon Restaurant.
