Recently I discovered Buching's Empanada de Ilocos at Ayala Malls Central Bloc. They were part of Bull or Bear Cebu by Bitskwela, an event educating the general public about Web 3.

While waiting for the event to begin, I bought an Empanada de Ilocos to try out this yummy treat.

Crunchy empanada with a flavorful filling of vegetables and chorizo. Buching's was very generous with the filling, you can taste all the flavors and that egg makes this empanada a full meal.




Light on the budget, heavy on the stomach and satisfying to the palate. This is truly Legit guys.

At the moment they only have an online store and I am waiting for them to set up shop in the not so near future.
