 CEBU LANDMASTER BREAKS GROUND ON 15TH CASA MIRA PROJECT IN DANAO CITY


Cebu Landmasters Inc. the leading real estate developer in Visayas and Mindanao kicks off the construction of Casa Mira Homes, Danao. This is the 15th development under its flagship brand.

The market's reception to the 6.8-hectare property that sits in the northern city of Danao in Metro Cebu has been remarkable, with 99% of its 595 housing units SOLD. Expected to generate P1.97 billion in sales revenue, the development is set to be completed in 2026.

The location of  Casa Mira Homes, Danao contributes to its strong demand. The development presents premium connectivity with direct access to the Central Nautical Highway, providing residents with convenient access to essential establishments. Within close distances to Casa Mira Homes Danao are schools, grocery stores, the city hall, the provincial hospital, and the city port. Danao City is also only 25 KM away from Cebu City and has the necessary urban conveniences being the growth center of the northern part of Cebu province.


Casa Mira Homes Danao offers a variety of unit types. Floor areas range from 42sqm to 72 sqm for townhouses and single detached units with either two or three bedrooms. Features include kitchen, dining and service areas; powder room; porch; and carport. Meanwhile, the unit prices range from Php 2.23 million to Php 3.6 million.

Earlier I got invited to watch the latest Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem at SM Seaside City Cebu (Official) The atmosphere was exciting, everyone was looking forward to this reboot. SM Cinema had cosplayers dressed up as the Ninja Turtles and boy were they cute. Drinks were served at the foyer and a DJ played beats for movie goers. Everyone enjoyed taking photos at the photo wall, selfies with the Ninja Turtles and a photo wall that you can write on. TMNT bandanas were also given out. I had a hard time wearing them though because I have a big head, hahaha, and it was made of cardboard so I had to improvise. I was expecting the cosplayers to be a lot bigger and taller but after watching the movie, I understood that this reboot focused on the TMNT being teens in New York City.
