The 32nd Lite Ferries Anniversary Run held last July 30 at the Cebu Business Park was a resounding success.

Hundreds of running enthusiasts signed up for the footrace, which was spiced up by the presence of Wowie de Guzman, a top matinee idol.

The footrace featured three-kilometer, five-kilometer, 10-kilometer, 16-kilometer, and 24-kilometer categories.




A lucky participant went home with a brand-new NMAX motorcycle during the raffle game.

Specially-designed medals were also handed out to finishers in the 10-km, 16-km, and 24-km categories.

The race was made possible through the support of Lite Groups of Companies: Lite Shipping Corporation, Danilo Lines Inc., Sunline Shipping Corporation, Lirio Shipping Lines, Casa Corella, Lite Properties Corporation, Cebu Lite Trading, Casa Filomena, and Bohol-Lirio Trading.




The event was also supported by Pepsi, Nature's Spring, IPI, Dunkin Donuts, MCOQs Café, Fizeek Fitness, RC Goldline, ECYY Co., Fitbar, Queen V, Mr. Potato / Mr. Taho, Maces Trading, Mogu2x, Milo, Nicey Burger Junction, and Runnr.

Earlier I got invited to watch the latest Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem at SM Seaside City Cebu (Official) The atmosphere was exciting, everyone was looking forward to this reboot. SM Cinema had cosplayers dressed up as the Ninja Turtles and boy were they cute. Drinks were served at the foyer and a DJ played beats for movie goers. Everyone enjoyed taking photos at the photo wall, selfies with the Ninja Turtles and a photo wall that you can write on. TMNT bandanas were also given out. I had a hard time wearing them though because I have a big head, hahaha, and it was made of cardboard so I had to improvise. I was expecting the cosplayers to be a lot bigger and taller but after watching the movie, I understood that this reboot focused on the TMNT being teens in New York City.
